Xiaohui Wu is Head of International Cooperation Branch at the OPCW. Prior to this, she worked for the United Nations on a wide range of peace- and security-related issues, including CBRN, counter-terrorism, and conflict prevention. Ms. Wu joined the United Nations from Harvard University where she was a scholar at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. She has published extensively on non-proliferation, regional security, and preventive diplomacy. Prior to joining Harvard, Mrs. Wu was a career diplomat with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, last serving as the Director of Political and Press Office in China’s Embassy in Singapore. Mrs. Wu received her M.P.A. from John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
